My Leadership Journey
I began my career in nonprofit healthcare and human services, eventually serving as CEO of a growing organization spanning five states. Along the way, I led mergers, launched new programs, built high-trust teams, and raised millions through strong board and donor relationships.
Through it all, I’ve remained anchored by faith, family, and the belief that leadership is about stewardship- not status.

More Than a Bio
I live near Omaha (in the beautiful Loess Hills of western Iowa, actually) with my wife Elizabeth and our Golden Retriever and Mini-Goldendoodle. I enjoy landscaping, photography, traveling, and simple times hanging with my family.
